We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. The entertainment team worked tirelessly, engaging everyone, especially during the daily aerobics in the pool! My son joined in the activities, and my daughter found a quieter pool perfect for her swims. And oh, don’t forget the Bodega Bar! After evening entertainment, grabbing drinks there was a nice change, offering a relaxed atmosphere.

The shower in my room leaked, causing the bathroom to turn into a small swimming pool, and the insufficient soundproofing made it hard to catch some Z's with kids running in the hallways late at night. the food temp fluctuated—sometimes it was lukewarm and less appetizing than I'd hoped. Walls were thin, so I heard everyone's late-night door slams as if they were in my room.

We opted for a Superior room that was quieter than the standard option, but noise from the air conditioning kicked in during a couple of nights, which interrupted our sleep. While we appreciated the quick service from housekeeping, a kettle would have been nice for morning tea. The entertainment team worked hard to keep things lively, and engaging with them added to the fun. Wi-Fi was spotty, and sometimes we had to reconnect multiple times. One particular annoyance was kids running in the hallways during late hours.
